With a strong desire to provide value, and a relentless drive towards maximizing potential for his clients and teammates, Chad Albert founded Stoic Real Estate Partners in 2022.
Prior to becoming Founder and Managing Partner of Stoic Real Estate Partners, Albert served as a Principal at NAI where he was known for his forward-thinking, his proficient approach in consistently completing complex transactions, and most importantly his strict covenant to always do what is in the best interest of his clients.
During his 14 year tenure at NAI, Albert quickly became known as a preeminent leader within the DFW Industrial Market. In 2015, Albert earned his SIOR designation, and at the time, was the youngest member in the United States to earn such designation. In the years following, Albert also earned honors as The Top Individual Producing Agent at NAI, and was named to NAI Global’s “Top 10 Individual Producer” list globally (out of 5,000+ agents in the NAI network), while also achieving the #1 NAI Producer in the State of Texas. Albert and his team at NAI received several accolades as the #1 Team collectively throughout Albert’s tenure at NAI, and were consistently named a Top Team on an international level by NAI Global. Albert has also been named to DCEO’s Top Broker list 12 years running.
Albert’s day-to-day now consists of mentoring team members by implementing proactive metric-based platforms, which have in turn fostered incredible personal growth and development for all individuals at Stoic Real Estate Partners. He also remains intimately involved in real estate transactions with existing clients. Albert’s clients frequently cite that his ability to offer a unique and relatable perspective as both a founder/owner of a company, and an owner of real estate, along with his knowledge and reputation within the DFW brokerage market are what separate him from others industry-wide.
Albert has expressed that of all Stoic Real Estate Partners’ notable accomplishments to-date, he takes the greatest pride in the culture that the company has developed – a culture that consistently embodies their core values of Growth, Grit, Focus, and Balance. The team operates with an alignment of interests geared mentality that has enabled significant opportunity for everyone.
Albert loves spending time with his three daughters Blakely (6), Palmer (4) and Millie (3), and wife Mandi. He also enjoys coaching his daughters’ youth sports teams, and is involved in several philanthropic endeavors. Most notably the ‘Stoic Foundation’, which was formed by individuals at Stoic Real Estate Partners in 2023. The foundation annually grants a $15,000 college scholarship to a local high school senior who has exemplified Stoicism throughout his/her life, and who possibly could not have otherwise afforded to attend college.
